About

Fashion commerce and production coordination:
DAKUTX is a fashion commerce and production-coordination business operated by DANOU PTY LIMITED. Depending on the program, DAKUTX may provide a vendor storefront, ordering workflow, production coordination, fulfilment coordination, reporting or an agreed combination of those services.

A defined role for each program:
DAKUTX does not assume that every program has the same seller, manufacturing location, payment flow or fulfilment route. The written proposal and agreement identify the relevant roles. For consumer purchases, the product page and checkout must identify the legal seller and material purchase information before payment.

Made to order, where agreed:
For selected approved products, production begins after an accepted order rather than relying on speculative finished-garment inventory. That does not mean every product, material, sample, development project or program is available one unit at a time. The applicable product and commercial documents state the actual requirements.

Production network:
Production is arranged through approved manufacturing partners. Depending on the product, manufacturing may occur in Australia or internationally, including through production partners in China. The relevant product and order information should identify the applicable manufacturing and delivery details rather than relying on a blanket origin
claim.

Commercial clarity before commitment:
Business partners receive a written scope covering the range, responsibilities, charges, term, launch process, data and intellectual-property arrangements before committing. Product development, samples, platform services, garment production, delivery and integrations are treated separately where applicable.

What DAKUTX does not promise:
DAKUTX does not promise that every product has the same lead time, every program includes the same technology, every design is exclusive, every supplier or material carries the same certification, or every made-to-order product eliminates waste. Product and program claims should be specific to the evidence and scope that apply.
