What clients ask before they apply.

What does it cost?
Monthly platform prices start from A$299 (Labels), A$1,499 (Retail) or A$499 (Corporate Ongoing), plus GST. What you pay depends on your range, your volumes and what you need built. You get a written proposal with every charge itemised before anything is committed.

When do I start paying?
Onboarding and implementation costs may apply depending on account configuration, product development and integration requirements, and are set out in your proposal. Any monthly platform fee starts when your storefront is live, not during the build.

How long until I am live?
Around eight weeks from signing. That is a planning estimate and depends on the agreed scope, the materials you supply and how quickly approvals come back.

Do I have to hold stock?
No. You do not buy or hold stock for the agreed range. Production starts when a customer’s order is accepted. Samples and development are made first and are charged separately.

What do I need to supply?
It depends on the programme. You can bring finished designs, or develop them with us. Where you bring your own, we work from your tech pack, your patterns and your fabric direction.

Do I keep my designs?
Ownership of designs, whether you bring them or develop them with us, is set out in your agreement before work starts.

Can I cancel?
Yes, on the notice set out in your agreement. Orders already in production are completed and charged.

Is my brand visible, or yours?
Yours. Your collection pages, your packaging and your customer experience. Production and fulfilment run behind the scenes.
