DAKUTX works with businesses on defined garment programs for staff, events and ongoing uniform requirements. A corporate engagement can be structured as a project with a defined delivery plan or as an ongoing program for repeat ordering and replacements.
Corporate project:
For a defined requirement with an agreed range and delivery plan, the project quote should identify product development, samples, quantities, sizing or measurements, branding, production, delivery, approvals and payment milestones. Work proceeds against the agreed scope and approvals.
Corporate ongoing:
For organisations that need a continuing process for new starters, replacement garments or repeat orders, the proposal defines the available range, authorised orderers, approval process, reporting and support. Garment orders and delivery are priced separately from any recurring platform fee.
Where a recurring subscription applies, billing starts only when the agreed vendor storefront or ordering program is live and launched. The subscription term, cancellation process and any additional service costs are confirmed before signing.
Measurements and staff information:
Where individual measurements are required, DAKUTX explains what information is collected, who can access it, the purpose for which it is used and the relevant privacy notice. Staff information must be collected through an authorised process. Measurements should be checked when relevant details change.
Product performance claims:
No garment should be described as certified protective, medical, safety-rated or suitable for a regulated purpose unless the particular product has the evidence required for that claim. Product specifications and care requirements should be confirmed for the actual garment supplied.
