Create a collection your audience can buy:
DAKUTX works with creators, talent and public figures to define an agreed fashion range, configure a branded landing page from the DAKUTX standard theme, and coordinate the agreed ordering, production and fulfilment process. You contribute your brand, approved content, product input and promotion. DAKUTX coordinates the agreed product listings and the operating workflow for accepted orders.
Who the Creator Partnership is for:
The Creator Partnership is designed for people with an audience, profile or community who want to participate actively in a fashion collection rather than simply license a name to an undefined product. Applications are assessed for product fit, audience fit, commercial scope and DAKUTX’s ability to deliver the proposed range.
What the program can include:
- A branded landing page configured from the DAKUTX standard theme for the agreed range.
- Product selection, sampling and launch tasks recorded in the signed scope.
- Management of the agreed product listings and order workflow.
- Coordination of production and dispatch for accepted orders.
- Sales and commission reporting under the signed agreement.
- Additional development, content, integration or campaign work only where it is expressly quoted and agreed.
The landing page is managed within the DAKUTX system. It is not a promise of a bespoke website build, unrestricted administration rights or an automatic transfer of customer data.
Commercial structure:
The Creator Partnership uses paid onboarding and a commission model. Under the current recommended structure there is no monthly creator subscription. Samples, original product development and additional services may be quoted separately. DAKUTX provides the scope and total applicable charges before the creator signs or
pays.
The creator earns 20% of the agreed product RRP, excluding any GST included in that RRP, delivery, handling and other separate charges. The commission base is the RRP recorded for the product when the customer buys, before DAKUTX-funded promotional discounts. Cancelled orders, refunds and chargebacks may adjust or reverse the commission attributable to the affected transaction.
Commission invoicing and payment timing are governed by the signed creator agreement. A positive review or statement that a customer is happy is not a condition of commission entitlement. Until any revised payment clause is formally executed, the agreement-compatible payment wording should be used.
What the creator contributes:
The creator supplies approved branding and content, participates in product and launch approvals, and promotes the range as agreed. The creator must have permission to use any name, image, artwork or other material supplied to the project and must clearly disclose paid, gifted, commission-based or otherwise incentivised promotional relationships where required.
Brand, design and customer-data rights:
Creators retain their pre-existing brand assets and intellectual property. Rights in newly developed product designs,
licences and any exclusivity must be stated in writing before development begins. A shared DAKUTX product
library does not by itself create exclusive ownership rights.
Customer information is handled under the signed agreement and Privacy Policy. Participation in the Creator
Partnership does not automatically provide an unrestricted customer-marketing list or unrestricted data export.
Getting started:
1. Submit an enquiry or application and tell us about your audience, product direction and proposed launch.
2. Review the proposed range, scope, onboarding work, commission basis, costs and responsibilities.
3. Sign the agreed documents and pay the agreed onboarding fee.
4. Complete product, content, sampling and launch approvals.
5. Launch once the agreed storefront and customer flow are operational and the launch conditions are complete.
