Retail

Add an agreed made-to-order range to your retail business:
DAKUTX works with boutiques, showrooms and ateliers that want to offer a defined range through an agreed ordering, measurement and production process without necessarily placing a speculative bulk order for finished garments.

What the retail proposal defines:
- The approved product range and available customisation.
- Store locations, named users, role permissions and order workflow.
- Measurement guidance and responsibility for fit questions.
- Production pricing, fulfilment responsibilities and order reporting.
- Private-label elements, samples and display garments where required.
- Any custom integrations, data exchange or additional services.
- Whether the retailer receives a margin, commission or another agreed commercial return.

Seller and customer responsibility:
The agreement must identify who is the legal seller to the end customer, who receives the customer’s payment, who provides customer support and remedies, and which party is responsible for relevant taxes and disclosures.
Those roles must match the product page, checkout, receipt and order confirmation.

Costs, onboarding and recurring services:

The retail proposal separates setup, monthly platform services, samples, garment orders, freight and any additional work. Made-to-order production does not mean the retail program is free to operate. Exclusive styles, multiple locations, integrations or other additional services are included only where expressly agreed.

Onboarding starts after signing and payment of the agreed onboarding fee. Where a recurring subscription applies, billing begins only when the agreed vendor storefront is live and launched. The term, cancellation process and any minimum commitment are provided before the retailer commits.

Independent retail pricing:
Where a retailer buys and resells on its own account, its commercial and pricing responsibilities must be set out in the correct retail agreement rather than assumed from a creator arrangement. DAKUTX should not present a creator commission model as though it automatically applies to independent retail resale.
