Shipping and Delivery

Product-specific estimates:
Each product page should state whether the item is in stock, made to order or being developed, together with a realistic production estimate and a separate delivery estimate for the selected destination. Production timing is not a site-wide 7-10 business-day promise plus shipping time.

When production starts:
Production starts when the requirements for the particular order have been met, which may include cleared payment, measurements, product approval or other information. An order may be held where information is missing, a material is unavailable, a quality check is required or an event outside reasonable control affects production.

Shipping charges, duties and taxes:
Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and destination restrictions should be shown at checkout or described before payment. The legal seller remains responsible for the consumer remedies that apply to its sale. Customers should review the transaction information for the selected destination before paying.

Tracking:
Tracking is provided when the carrier supplies it. Tracking events and delivery scans are generated by the carrier and may not update continuously while a shipment is in transit.

Address changes:

Contact the relevant support route immediately if an address needs to change. A change may only be possible before the order reaches the relevant production or dispatch stage. DAKUTX cannot promise an address change after a carrier or production partner can no longer accept it.

Delays and material changes:
If a production or delivery estimate materially changes, the legal seller should explain the revised position and the options available for the affected order. Delays can arise from missing information, unavailable materials, approvals, quality checks, carrier disruption, customs or events outside reasonable control.

International delivery:
International delivery is available only to supported destinations and may be subject to customs, import, export, payment and carrier restrictions. The available destination, charges and material conditions should be disclosed before the customer commits.
